This website

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts or fonts, and does not track you across other sites. There is no advertising pixel here.

Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, time, and the page requested — as part of delivering the site. We use those only for security and to keep the site running.

What we collect, and only when you type it

If you submit the contact form or request demo access, we receive what you entered: typically your name, firm, email address, phone number if you give one, how you found us, and your message.

We use it to:

  • reply to you and, where relevant, send demo access or trial details;
  • follow up once about that enquiry;
  • understand which channels bring firms to us.

We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question. If you'd like us to delete your enquiry, email us and we will.

The product is a separate matter — and it collects less

This is worth stating plainly, because it is the opposite of what most construction software does.

The field work itself runs on your own device. Projects, observations, photographs and finished reports are created there and saved to your own storage, and the app keeps working with no connection at all.

When your firm uses the office or the Project Hub, a report and its photographs go to storage provisioned for your firm alone (Microsoft Azure, United States), and only when an observer sends it or creates the PDF. Your subscription agreement carries the data-processing and breach-notification terms that come with holding it.

Beyond your firm's own storage, the app and the Hub make these outbound requests, and offline the app simply does without them:

  • Weather for the site and the observation date (Open-Meteo).
  • Address lookup as an address is typed (Photon), and a ZIP-code lookup in the Hub.
  • Map tiles for the cover page's site map (OpenStreetMap or Esri), and weather radar in the Hub (NOAA and USGS).
  • Microsoft sign-in, for firms that sign in with their Microsoft accounts.
  • Filing to your firm's own storage (Egnyte or OneDrive) when your firm connects it: issued reports and their photographs are uploaded there. The connection can add files and folders; it never deletes, moves or renames anything.

Each lookup sends only what it needs - a site address or coordinates, a date. None of them receives your observations, photographs or reports.

Your choices

  • Ask what we hold about you, and we'll tell you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it, and we will.
  • Decline to give us anything — you can read every page of this site without submitting anything.

If we change what we collect, we change this page in the same release. The date at the top tells you when it last moved.
